past and present.
On departure from the Museum you will head towards Nutt Cartmell Cottage.
This little cottage is one of the earliest residential buildings in Stanley
and has been restored to show how families lived in the 1840's through
to the 1940's, managing with the bare essentials in the days before the
Islands began to prosper.
A visit to our Capital would not be complete without a visit to Gypsy
Cove. This picturesque little cove has breeding Magellanic Penguins and
overlooks a beautiful sandy beach where an abundance of wildlife can be
seen.
It is essential that you wear warm, layered clothing
in order to fully enjoy and participate in this excursion. Good walking
